What actually happens in a session

You talk. I listen, and then I ask the question underneath what you said. Most people arrive with a version of their situation they have rehearsed. The work is getting past that version to the one you have not said out loud yet.

I do not hand out plans or scripts. I am not going to tell you to wake up at five or become someone else's version of successful. What I do is hold the space steady long enough for you to hear your own answer — and then help you build markers so you can tell whether you are moving toward it.

Who this is for

People who are functioning — often successful on paper — and still feel something is off. People mid-reinvention, voluntary or not. People who have been the reliable one for so long that nobody, including them, has asked what they actually want.

It is not therapy and I do not present it as such. If what you are carrying needs clinical care, I will say so plainly rather than take your money.
