How to use these

Start with Discovering Your Inner Self. It is the shortest and it sets up everything else — a moment of stillness before the questions get specific.

Then do Finding Your Strengths and Finding Your Interests together, ideally in the same sitting. Separately they give you a list. Together they give you a picture.

Creating Your Motto comes after those three, not before. It only works once you have accessed that true desire from your inner self. Checking Your Progress is the one to keep and return to every few weeks.

Write by hand if you can, and resist the urge to write the impressive answer. The useful answer is usually the one you would not say out loud.

These exercises are the inward half of the IIMM and LEFIS frameworks. If you want someone in the room while you work through them, here is how coaching works.
